which sorusu ile soru sorma : İngilizce ''Which'' sorusunun dilimizdeki karşılığı "Hangi"dir. " Hangisi  ?" sorusu "which one?" şeklinde sorulur.  Duruma göre which yerine which one soru kelimesi de kullanılabilir.

-Which is your house? -The green one is my house. -Which one is your house?  -Which supermarket do you go to? -I go to Migros. -Why do you go to Migros? -Because it is cheap.

Böyle durumlarda preposition başa alınabilir. Böylece anlatım daha formal olur.

When kullanımı :  ''When'' soru kelimesi ingilizce olarak zaman sorma amaçlı kullanılır.

-When is your birthday? -It's on February the twenty ninth. -Oh, that's very unlucky! -When does your uncle leave his house for work? -He leaves at 7:20. -When does the summer holiday start? -It starts after the second week of June.
